Very Old Music Book in San Jose, California For Sale

This is the very old music book which i got from my Grandfather. He said that he received that book from his father's grandfather who found this book under a tree. He said that his father's grandfather was cutting a tree which grew up in their yard . During digging a land, he found this book under a soil. As you see in the picture, cover of the book is worn because of the age. Some sheets are ragged but most of the sheets readable. It has been written in European language ( German ) and also has English translation too. I have almost 50 pictures. If you are interested, i can email them to you if you need to see more.
