Generally I find the people most likely to benefit from my service are those who may be feeling stuck in their careers. Maybe they have a family to provide for, bills to pay and hate their job, but are too afraid to look for a change due to a fear of being found out and let go. Or perhaps they simply don't know how and feel stuck.
What I do is apply my experience and knowledge of workplace movement and upward flow to your specific situation. We use the tools discussed above to get good feel for what you are capable of and what your passions and interests are. I then use our consultative coaching approach to work you closer to that goal.
After engaging in my services you can expect complete clarity of what you want to do, where you want to go, and the knowledge and confidence to get you there.

Besides owning Leadership Heart Coaching, I have worked in retail banking, for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and in technology ? most recently, 18 years as Vice President of Information Services for a commercial real estate company.
I have received numerous leadership awards including recognition by The Help Desk Institute three years running for leading one of the top 50 help desks in the world for customer service.
In all, I have over 30 years of management and leadership experience in the private, public, and government sectors. I hold a BS in Management, an MA in Leadership, and I am a Certified Professional Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
