Job Description
The Device Engineer will be responsible for various devices, structures, and systems that are critical components for IC design but currently have no direct technical support. The primary responsiblity of the position is fuse/anti-fuse structures and associated circuitry used for trimming and generating rules, guidelines, and CAD automation for implementation of these systems. In addition to the above responsibilities, this position has several career path options. Depending on the skill and interests of the applicant, there are opportunities in ESD development, gate oxide integrity screening at sort and/or test; system level fusing for board component protection, and developing devices for high Safe Operating Area (SOA).
