Experienced Process Engineer is required having responsibility to build working prototypes of various hybrid, PCB, and magnetic assemblies.
Educational Qualifications:
BS degree in mechanical engineering or material science preferably MS degree.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, update and troubleshoot thick film hybrid processes including wire bonding, hand soldering, reflow soldering, die attach, and seam sealing.
Responsible for writing procedures.
Evaluate customer requirements and provide technical design solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
Sustain thick film hybrid and PCB assembly processes.
Build working prototypes of various hybrid, PCB, and magnetic assemblies.
Create custom tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturability.
Perform technology research including material, software, and equipment
Job Requirements & Experience:
Understanding the concept of thick film hybrid or MCM field
Understanding the concept electro-mechanical assemblies
3 Plus years’ experience as a process engineer in the semiconductor industry.
