Experienced Process Engineer is required having responsibility to Design, update and troubleshoot thick film hybrid processes including wire bonding, hand soldering, reflow soldering, die attach, and seam sealing.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, update and troubleshoot thick film hybrid processes including wire bonding, hand soldering, reflow soldering, die attach, and seam sealing.
Create custom tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturability.
Perform technology research including material, software, and equipment
Responsible for writing procedures.
Evaluate customer requirements and provide technical design solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
Job Requirements & Experience:
3 Plus years’ experience as a process engineer in the semiconductor industry.
Understanding the concept of thick film hybrid or MCM field and electro-mechanical assemblies
Educational Qualifications:
BS degree in mechanical engineering or material science preferably MS degree.
