JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for shipping, receiving, storing and pulling product according to Company procedures. The individual in this role will complete daily cycle counts and work in a safe, accurate and timely manner. He/she must be a team player and demonstrate the capability of supporting our mission to build relationships built on trust.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Receive and unload shipments and move received raw materials to Dock location
Verify raw material temperature
Verify raw materials are correct per Purchase Order
Complete all appropriate paperwork
Verify pallet count
Assign pallet location with scan gun
Label raw materials with Raw Materials label from X3
Move raw materials to assigned locations
Other duties as assigned
Assist with shipping functions
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for ensuring the Del Monaco Code of Safe Practices is followed
Responsible for following all Food Safety Guidelines & GMP’s
Responsible for maintaining a clean work station
Responsible for keeping the Freezer and Cooler clean and organized
Drive company truck as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
6 months+ of previous work experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Must have or be able to pass a Fork Lift Operation Certification
Valid CA driver's license and clean DMV record
Kit picking experience
Material scanning experience
Able to work in cold temperature environment
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Good English language skills in speaking, reading and writing
Basic computer skills
Strong math skills
