As a Consultant with RGP you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients with a variety of challenging projects and make postiive impact on their ability to do business.Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge.Professional Qualifications: MBA or undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.CPA8-15+ years experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager in large companies ($500MM+).Technical accounting skills, large-scale or international consolidations experience, SEC reporting and revenue recognition skills.Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAPExperience with large-scale ERPs (SAP and Oracle preferred) and reporting tools.Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm.Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel and Access.Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structure.Strong client relationship and project management skills. A passion for a project work lifestyle. The ability to drive the work to successful completion in complex and ever-changing work environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute, and transfer knowledge.
