Responsibilities:
: Overall long term planning and portfolio management for client SSD market
: Manage competitive client SSD roadmap, priorities between products and alignment with technology roadmap.
: Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
: Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.
: Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
: Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
: Establishes pricing strategies.
: Interacts with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
: Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
: Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Minimum Qualifications:
: Requires MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent with 15 or more years of related experience and 10 or more years of direct management experience.
: Knowledge of NAND technology.
: PC market and customers experience.
: Strong financial orientation, capable of complex ROI calculations with multiple scenarios.
: The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of division/business unit strategic objectives and goals.
: Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment.
: Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
