We are looking for a candidate who has strong technical skills, is innovative, and likes to solve problems.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
: Defining and developing strategies, methodologies to bring a leading edge 3D memory to market by meeting stringent DPPM, reliability and yield requirements
: Designing and executing quality/reliability experiments to improve process performance, capability and end impact on a product level.
: Driving cross:functional Fab, process, product, and design teams to enable the fast ramp towards productization.
: Providing periodic progress report on status and direction of key projects to company executives
Education:
PhD or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, material science, or related discipline with 10+ years of experience is required.
This position requires an experienced person to support the enablement of leading edge advanced 3D memory technology products. The candidate must have a vision and think differently at the quality and reliability aspect from both internal angle and from customers side.
The candidate must have expert understanding of advanced memory devices and concepts. He/she has to possess good understanding of semiconductor processing methods both on 2D and 3D technology. Ability to effectively coordinate cross:functional teams to achieve challenging goals. Solid communication skills that can be propagated company wide.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. The individual must be self:motivated and self:directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
