Responsibilities:
: Leading the tasks on defining GDR (Geometrical Design Rule), EDR (Electrical Design Rule) specification, and SPICE modeling with internal and external partners.
: Hands on TEG (Test Element Group) design and characterization.
: Working on TCAD simulation for novel 3D technologies.
: Work very close with process, device, design, layout, and CAD functional teams to guarantee projects success.
Minimum Qualifications:
: Requires PhD or equivalent with 3 years or more of related experience.
: Need to have experience on semiconductor silicon manufacturing process, CMOS device characteristics and physics, test structure design and measurement, basic circuit schematic and simulation ability.
: The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
: Self:motivated and self:directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
: A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
: Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
: Ability to multi:task and meet deadlines.
: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
: Japanese language skill is a plus.
