We are seeking a South Bay Transaction and Office Assistant that will have the primary responsibility of supporting our firm's brokers and accounting team. This is a high visibility, full:time position in a fast paced work environment. This individual must be sharp, organized and experienced with transactions. The location will be at the San Jose office of NAI Northern California. NAI Northern California is a progressive, full service commercial real estate firm serving the Northern California Bay Area. Monitor the paperwork, track transaction status, and coordinate with related parties, to ensure a smooth and timely transaction process.Ensure transaction information is collected, organized and documented appropriately.Keeps interested parties informed of transaction status by updating checklists, providing weekly updates to staff and brokers, distributing executed closing statements and effectively communicating with accounting team.Agreement preparation (listing, sale and lease transactions)Communicates professionally and effectively with brokers, staff and clients.
