Job Description PwCs PRTM Management Consulting (PRTM) enhances PwCs ability to address the strategy, growth, and innovation agendas of its clients. PRTMs ability to design and execute business and innovation strategies, supply chain operations, and customer value strategies complements PwCs existing strengths. PRTM brings additive strengths in operational strategy including manufacturing and supply chain, product development and innovation, and service and support. Position/Program Requirements Knowledge Preferred: A clear demonstration of operational knowledge in the Enterprise Software and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry with considerable experience in agile/lean software development, business operations and quality assurance. A completed Masters of Business Degree is preferred. Skills Preferred: A proven track record of delivering significant business results through assessing and driving transformational improvements across operational settings that utilizes strategic and creative thinking skills, individual initiative and the following abilities: -Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management), particularly when addressing conflicting points of view; -Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data; -Leading teams, emphasizing the ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members.
