The platform includes a dedicated account manager for residential purchase acquisitions, full service property renovation and make ready services, property lease listing and property management services. By offering all services within one family of companies they can guarantee minimum investor expectations which include rent guarantees and occupancy guarantees.
Job Description
Through their expert sales team comprised of agents trained specifically to work with buyers, they have the skills and knowledge of bank procedures to ensure the best negotiation efforts possible. Their agents are equipped with enhanced training to ensure the best resources available. Their resources include best mortgage guarantee and complimentary moving services, among many other affiliations and networks, to ensure uncompromised buyer representation.
This is a commission only position but the firm provides leads, training, and support to help candidates be successful. Average earning is around $65,000 (net) for first year agents.
Offices are located across California. Potential for career advancement is strong and training and coaching sessions are included at no cost.
