In this position, the individual will head the Indirect Procurement Organization and assume a leadership role in the Global Procurement organization. As a leader within our Procurement management team, you will lead vendor negotiations across multi:million dollar complex projects, work to improve our Sourcing processes and continue to build a strong team to support SanDisk growing business. Beyond procurement management, you will also work closely with business units and their leaders : in areas such as IT, Facilities, Real Estate, Marketing, finance and more, to provide negotiations strategy, supplier performance key metrics and commentary on market conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent with 12 or more years of related experience and 8 or more years of direct management experience. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills are required. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinkers should apply immediately.
