I have been offered a job in Santa Clara. I am thinking about moving here but I am so scared because of high rent prices. I will consider it if I can find the right living situation. I am seeking an area with good schools. I have two children. One is 14 years old and the other is 9 months old. We are clean and respectful. We have no pets. I don't date so I won't have any overnight guests and plan to share a room with my children. I don't do drugs but I drink occasionally and only socially. Also, I don't snoop. What you do is your business as long as it doesn't affect me and I would like to be given the same consideration. I would get along best with someone who doesn't party a lot, is tidy also, and respectful of everyone in the house.
