My husband and I are renting a room out of our house in North Fremont near Decoto and 880. We have small children, so you would need to be comfortable around children, since there would be shared areas like the kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, so our family would mainly use the master bathroom. There is a 1% chance of running into an issue with using the bathroom. Only in cases of both bathrooms being used, which is rare. All utilities are included (Wifi, garbage, water, PG&E). We are very easy-going and laid-back, so we are looking for the same personality. I stay home and run a daycare, so that's why we are looking for a professional working person.
