IT technicians and network administrators that are looking to be part of a growing team of talented IT professionals should consider this opportunity. This position will function as an IT administrator overseeing multiple networks, servers, and related desktops.
Your job duties include a wide variety of installation, administration, and support tasks including:
: Responding to and resolving service ticket requests from end users needing a wide variety of IT support
: Managing and monitoring (using our stellar suite of technical tools) customer servers and network devices
: Configuring and administering Windows xxxx, xxxx, and xxxx servers as well as Exchange xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, and xxxx and SQL xxxx, xxxx, and xxxx servers.
: Configuring and administering cloud:based systems such as Office 365, Google Apps, Salesforce, andmany more.
: Setting up new user desktops, laptops, tablets, and phoneswith the necessary business applications
: Setting up user accounts, permissions, mailboxes, groups, and other server administration tasks
: Configuring and troubleshooting hardware : computers, printers, mobile phones, networking, wiring, etc.
: Interacting with non:technical business users to solve their technical AND business challenges related to their computer systems

Required (please do not apply for this position if you dont have ALL the qualifications listed below):
: Hands:on experience administering Windows xxxx or xxxxservers (setting up users, groups, permissions, etc.)
: Hands:on experience troubleshooting Windows XP Pro, Win7 Pro, and Win8desktops and laptops (experience with Home/Consumer versions does NOT qualify)
: Hands:on experience installing and configuring XP Pro, Win7 Pro, Win 8, MS Office xxxx, xxxx, and xxxxfor business users
: Hands:on experience configuring firewalls, VPNs, and routers
: Hands:on experience with enterprise anti:virus software and central management
: Hands:on experience using disk imaging tools such as Norton Ghost or Acronis TrueImage
: Hardware repair experience with laptops, desktops, and servers
: Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and oral and written communication skills. Lets be clear what this means : you need to be able to speak clearly, confidently, and accurately about technology issues. Clear speaking ability on the phone, via email, and in:person is absolutely required.
: Excellent typing/writing skills. So much of our work and communication is done via email, chat, and instant message that we need people that can type clearly, effectively, and typo:free
: You need to know how to politely admit when you dont know something and tell someone that you need to ask the rest of your team for help. Were not looking for an IT star who thinks he/she can solve all the problems but instead we want someone that can admit when they need assistance and leverage our stellar team and tools.
: Ability to work without any supervision. You will be given a lot of flexibility which can be both exciting and overwhelming.
