The ground floor bedroom is fully separate and private unit and it may be rented during your stay. It features its own private patio entry and permit parking. rental of this unit will not affect you in the 2 bedroom 2.5 baths unit whatsoever.With the 2 bedroom option, you have the advantage of 1,400 square feet of living space along with a two-car garage, formal living, a lovely dining nook, and laundry room for a lower cost. This vacation rental option will only be available if the number of guests in the unit is 4 or less. In the event that the number of guests staying in the unit is between five and eight, we do require that you rent the full 3-bedroom, 3-½ Lancaster unit.
